Tenzin Dawa currently serves as an Intern at Chesapeake Energy and as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Sustainable Energy and Environment Group at the University of Oklahoma, focusing on Chemical Looping Technology for hydrogen production and CO2 capture. Previously, Tenzin held multiple roles at the University of New Mexico, including STEM Tutor, Laboratory Assistant, and Supplemental Instruction Leader, where responsibilities included providing academic support, supervising lab work, and facilitating collaborative study sessions. As Conference Chair for the Society of Women Engineers, Tenzin organized the world's largest women's engineering conference and the first virtual SWE conference. Tenzin holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Math from the University of New Mexico.
