Carol de Wolf

Carol De Wolf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental and community planning. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Chester County Association of Township Officials since March 2024, Carol also holds the position of Director for the Schuylkill Highlands at Natural Lands since March 2008. Prior roles include membership on the Board of Supervisors for Westtown Township from January 2004 to December 2021 and self-employment as a consultant in environmental and community planning from 1999 to 2007. Early career experiences include engineering assistance at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy from 1988 to 1992 and water resources analysis for the City of Arvada and Boulder County between 1981 and 1988. Carol De Wolf holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Conservation and Planning from the University of Colorado Boulder and has earned Master's degrees in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and Political Science from Kutztown University.
