Matt Hanna

Matt Hanna is an experienced Program Manager currently leading the programme and project change team at Chetwood Bank since January 2024, focusing on implementing new change disciplines for key transformation initiatives. Previously, at Newcastle Strategic Solutions from October 2016 to October 2023, Matt held roles as Proposition Director and Head of Business Transformation, overseeing corporate projects and driving business improvements in alignment with strategic goals. Prior experience at Newcastle Building Society spanned from August 2000 to October 2016, where Matt advanced through various positions including Head of Strategic Planning and Corporate Projects, Head of Programme Management, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and participated in a student placement that provided diverse departmental insights. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of Sunderland, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
