Elijah Sherratt

Elijah Sherratt is an experienced Associate Researcher currently working at Chevron since November 2024, having previously held the same title at Visolis from June 2022 to November 2024. Specialization includes downstream small-molecule separations and R&D process engineering, focusing on techniques such as single/multi-stage distillation, osmosis, and evaporation for refinement and purification. Prior to these roles, Elijah Sherratt worked as a Student Library Employee and an Undergraduate Researcher in the Bediako Group at the University of California, Berkeley, from June 2019 to May 2022, where efforts involved the fabrication of graphene 2D heterostructures. A Research and Development Chemist Intern position was held at Gate Scientific during the summer of 2021, concentrating on the chemistry aspects of a novel liquid assay testing kit for ASFV. Elijah Sherratt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley in 2022 and graduated from Western Sierra Collegiate Academy with a high school diploma in 2018.
