Mike Pausche

Mike Pausche is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Execution Advisor and Senior Project Manager at Chevron since June 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held various senior managerial positions, including Senior Project Manager and Program Construction Manager at Noble Midstream Partners LP, and Project Manager & Program Construction Manager at Novetus Engineering. Additional experience includes leading projects at Wood Group PSN in Equatorial Guinea, serving as Senior VP of Field Operations at MOL Group, and managing topsides projects with Hess Corporation and BHP Billiton. Mike's career began as a Project Engineer at Amoco Corporation after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
