Rachel Holzhauser Thompson

Rachel Holzhauser Thompson is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional currently serving as a Procurement Compliance Specialist and formerly as a Business Solutions Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2020. Rachel has a diverse background, including participation in a Graduate Rotation and Development Program, where skills in data analytics and process improvement were developed while shadowing various operations including marine and rail services. Prior experience includes an internship in the Mozambique LNG Contracts and Procurement Group at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and serving as a Certified Judge for the American Gymnastics Association. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, complemented by study abroad experiences in Engineering and French Language and Culture.
