Kelly Bacon

Kelly Bacon has over three decades of experience at Gallup, where has served in various leadership roles, including Lead Partner and West Coast Division Manager. Responsibilities include managing significant client relationships and overseeing operations across multiple offices. Notably, Kelly played a key role in expanding Gallup's reach by acquiring a competing firm and launching a new location in Houston, Texas. Prior to leadership roles, Kelly worked as the Division Manager for the Midwest and as Marketing Director for the Food and Beverage division. In addition to current board membership at CHI Health, Kelly also served on the board at Laura's House. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
