Katie Palka

Katie Palka currently serves as the Talent & Project Manager at Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP (CTBK) since September 2022. Previously, Katie held the position of Vice President, Senior Project Manager in ICG Loan Operations at Citi from April 2021 to September 2022. Katie's career at M&T Bank spanned nearly nine years, during which roles included Learning and Development Program Manager and Operations Manager II, with significant contributions such as transitioning curriculum to a virtual platform during the pandemic and managing the redeployment of over 2,500 employees for the Paycheck Protection Program. Katie gained foundational experience in project management and customer service roles beginning as a Management Trainee and continuing through various specialist positions. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Personal and Professional Communication from SUNY Geneseo in 2012.
