Cary Steinbuck

Cary Steinbuck is an experienced professional in housing administration and community development, currently serving as Deputy Chief of HCV Administration at the Chicago Housing Authority since September 2016. Previously, Cary held the position of Executive Director at the Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund from June 2007 to September 2016 and at the Rogers Park Community Council / Rogers Park Community Development Corporation from August 1986 to June 2007. Earlier in the career, Cary worked as Director at the Evanston Shelter for Battered Women from 1982 to 1984. Cary holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Northeastern Illinois University and a BA in Administration of Criminal Justice from Bradley University.
