Jim Laczkowski

Jim Laczkowski is an experienced audio producer, editor, and librarian with a robust background in podcasting, technology, and community engagement. Currently, Jim serves as the Audio Producer and Co-Host for the Director's Club, a bi-weekly movie podcast with over 7000 listeners, and as a Librarian at Chicago Public Library. As a Podcast Producer and Consultant for Now Playing Network, Jim provides various services, including social media strategy and audio editing training. Previous roles include contributions at WGN Radio as a freelance guest critic, and work as a technology associate at Evanston Public Library, among others. Jim holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elmhurst University, and additional coursework in English, Music, and Film Journalism.
