Alejandro Jasso

Alejandro Jasso possesses extensive experience in education and youth engagement, currently serving as an English Second Language Teacher and Resident Teacher at Darwin Elementary within Chicago Public Schools since March 2017. Additionally, Alejandro works as a Student Outreach and Re-engagement Specialist and Sports Coach at America SCORES since March 2018, focusing on developing soccer activities that promote health and safety. Prior experience includes roles as a Sports Instructor and Administrative Intern at After School Matters and Chicago Park District, respectively. Alejandro also worked as a Merchandise Specialist at Macy's and an Instructor for the MGR Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University.
