Brian Mead

Brian Mead is an experienced educator and creative professional with a diverse background in art instruction and instructional leadership. Currently serving as the Instructional Team Lead at Chicago Public Schools since 2012, Brian collaborates with administration to assess and enhance pedagogical practices while managing the implementation of learning management systems. Previous roles include crafting curriculum for various art courses, developing district-level professional learning conferences, and providing instructional coaching. Additionally, Brian has experience as a Creative Director for Made by Mead, designing graphics and illustrations for clients and publications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an Education Certificate from Northeastern Illinois University.
