Charles Williams

Charles Williams, M.Ed. serves as the Assistant Principal at Chicago Public Schools since July 2022 and has been hosting The Counter Narrative Podcast since April 2020. As the founder of CW Consulting: Educational Services since February 2019, Charles has also contributed to Inside The Principal’s Office as a co-host from December 2020 to December 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Plato Learning Academy from August 2016 to July 2022, where significant improvements in NWEA Reading attainment and growth were achieved, and at PASSAGES CHARTER SCHOOL from August 2015 to August 2016. Earlier roles include Principal and Assistant Principal at Thea Bowman Leadership Academy and teaching positions at School City of Hammond. Academically, Charles holds multiple degrees, including a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Purdue University.
