Kimberly Henderson

Kimberly Henderson is an experienced educational leader with a comprehensive background in administration within Chicago Public Schools. Since November 2021, Kimberly has served as an Assistant Principal after previously holding the position of Principal from July 2012 to December 2019, leading a mid-sized school of over 450 Pre-K-8th grade students. Kimberly also has experience as a contract principal for a smaller school and participated in the Resident Principal program at both McDowell School of International Studies and New Leaders for New Schools, gaining insight into effective instructional leadership. Academically, Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from National Louis University.
