Tamika Ball

Tamika Ball has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of High Schools for Chicago Public Schools since September 2004. Throughout a diverse career, Tamika has held various key roles including School Principal, Resident Principal for the Chicago Leadership Collaborative, and an English Language Arts/Social Science Teacher. Additionally, Tamika contributed to New Leaders as an Emerging/Aspiring/Resident Principal and advised Corps Members at the Teach For America Summer Institute. Tamika's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Superintendency and Educational System Administration from National Louis University, along with a Principal License from Northwestern University, and dual Master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change from Roosevelt University. Tamika also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from National Louis University.
