Sean Ramsey

Sean Ramsey is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving profitable growth and managing large teams across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Chicago Youth Centers and as the Advisory Board Chair for iMentor, Sean holds the position of Vice President of Inside Sales at Grainger, leading over 400 inside sellers and focusing on customer retention and market share expansion. Previously, Sean held senior roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Motorola, where responsibilities included P&L management and the development of sales strategies that generated substantial revenue. Sean holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Design from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Communications from St. Norbert College.
