Connor Simon

Connor Simon currently serves as Chief Detective and has held the Senior Growth Manager position since March 2021, working with various notable clients such as Oak Essentials, Outdoor Voices, and Jenni Kayne. Previously, Connor Simon was a Growth Manager at Frozen Ventures, LLC, from July 2019 to April 2021 and also worked as a Performance Marketer at Johnson Controls. Connor Simon participated in a rotational program at Johnson Controls, focusing on Structured Finance and Corporate FP&A. Prior roles include participation in the Leadership Development Program at SU Group, LLC, and working as an Algorithm Developer at RCM-X. The foundational experience includes an internship in Finance and Accounting at Scott Olson CPA LLC. Connor Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Economics from Carthage College.
