Jocelyn Bluth

Jocelyn Bluth currently serves as Chief People Officer at BHI since June 2020 and is a member of Chief Executive Group and Hominum. With extensive experience in human resources, Jocelyn has held senior HR roles at Golub Capital, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bear Stearns, Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Lehman Brothers. Jocelyn's expertise includes leadership development, strategic HR management, and supporting senior women leaders through initiatives aimed at driving gender equity in leadership positions. Jocelyn holds an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Management from the University of Michigan.
