Andrea Mandell

Andrea (Andi) Mandell is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in tax law and leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since July 2020, Andrea is also a Member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Previously, Andrea held senior positions at prominent firms including Dentons and SNR Denton, and served as EVP and Tax Director at Carrington Capital Management. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Andrea has consistently contributed to the legal field, holding partnerships since 1993. Andrea's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Tax Law from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
