Nadine Redd Blackburn, MBA, CCDP/AP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various organizations. As Chief since June 2022 and Principal Owner of Nadine Redd Blackburn LLC since September 2021, Nadine has demonstrated leadership in driving strategic initiatives. Current roles include serving as a member of the President’s Leadership Council at Baylor University and as a board member for Voices of Virtue, Inc. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Culture, Equity & Inclusion at United Minds and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nike. Nadine's career also includes significant contributions to Electronic Arts and Cisco, where roles spanned global inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and brand strategy. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Business from Baylor University and a BS in Marketing & Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
