Stephanie Lim

Stephanie Lim, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with a rich background in strategy and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief and Founding Member at Chief since February 2021, Stephanie also contributes as a Board Member for the University of Iowa Health Management & Policy Department. Past roles include Group Chief Strategy Officer at Palm Beach Health Network and Vice President of Strategy at HCA Capital Division. Stephanie's leadership extends to various professional organizations, having been Immediate Past President and Executive Board Member of the Central Virginia Healthcare Executives Group. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Management from Luther College, complemented by a diploma from UWC Mahindra College in Physics, Chemistry, and Math.
