Naomi Wilson

Naomi Wilson, MPH, is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Child Care Aware of Washington since October 2024, where leadership and oversight of daily operations and strategic initiatives are primary responsibilities. Previously, Naomi held the position of Community Assessment Director at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department from 2018 to October 2024 and spent time as a Substitute Teacher at Tacoma Public Schools between 2016 and 2020. Early career roles include Research Analyst at DHA Connected Health, Research Specialist in Education at the University of Washington, Clinical Researcher in Neurology at Harborview Medical Center, and Grants Specialist at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Additional experience involves program management at the University of Washington and the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, along with an internship at Group Health's Center for Health Studies. Naomi is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Public Health (DrPH) in Public Health Leadership at the University of Illinois Chicago, building upon an MPH in Public Health Policy and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Washington.
