Hilla Shields

Hilla Shields is a social worker currently employed at the Child Development Institute since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a practicum student with the Toronto District School Board from September 2022 to April 2023, as a student support person and mental health intern at Bnei Akiva Schools of Toronto from October 2020 to June 2021, and as a summer intern at JACS Toronto from May 2019 to August 2019. Hilla also gained experience as an event intern with the Foundation for Jewish Camp between January and May 2018. Educationally, Hilla holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from York University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from York University.
