Dibyendu Bose

Mr. Dibyendu Bose, the former senior member of the leadership team of Tata Steel. For more than three decades Mr Bose used to hold the profit & loss responsibilities including the joint ventures (JV) with the international companies and he led large corporate functions, as well as held various board positions in group companies. As the MD of TM International Logistics Ltd Mr Dibyendu Bose led the JV between Tata Steel, NYK of Japan and Martrade of Germany. As the Director of Investment & New Ventures of Tata Steel he led the strategic focus of overseeing Tata Steel’s investments across 20 companies. As the Vice President of Tata Steel he also led the formation of this integrated function across the group and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Dibyendu Bose is known for his deep understanding of Board governance and dynamics having been part of several Boards as well as being in-charge of Tata Steel’s investments in its subsidiary eco system with his deep experience in general management functions including shareholder responsibilities and Joint Venture relationships.
