Pashon Mann

PaShon Mann serves as the Global Head of DEI&B at NetApp, a $6 billion technology company, where responsibilities include leading a global team to execute DEI&B business goals. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Children International and as a member of the Chief Diversity Officer Board for The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp). Previous experience includes Vice President roles at Comcast, overseeing talent acquisition and DE&I initiatives, as well as leadership positions at Inova Health System, Microsoft, Amtrak, Gannett, Dell, and Northrop Grumman IT. PaShon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, complemented by education from The Wharton School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
