Amy Herbst

Amy Herbst has extensive work experience in the field of mental and behavioral health. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President of Mental and Behavioral Health at Children's Wisconsin, a top pediatric hospital. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Child and Family Well-Being at the same organization. Amy also has a background in program coordination and supervision, having held various positions from Executive Director to Area Supervisor at Children's Wisconsin.

Additionally, Amy has been involved in several organizations and committees related to children's mental health. Amy is a member of the Impact Team at the Office of Children's Mental Health and serves on the Board of Directors at Catalpa Health, a pediatric outpatient mental health organization. Amy has also been a committee member at the Children's Hospital Association.

Furthermore, Amy has contributed to the field through their involvement in professional associations. Amy served as a board member at the Wisconsin Association of Family & Children's Agency and the Children's Home Society of America. Amy Herbst obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1993. Amy then pursued a Master's of Science in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1993 to 1994. In addition, they hold additional certification as an Advanced Practice Social Worker from the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
