Kim Milstien

Kim Milstien currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy & Affiliation Officer at CHOC Children's since October 2022. Previously, Kim held the position of Managing Principal at Health Management Associates from September 2019 to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of Ventura County Medical Center & Santa Paula Hospital from March 2015 to August 2019, and as President & CEO at Adventist Health from March 2001 to December 2014, where Kim led initiatives that significantly improved hospital growth, employee satisfaction, and community loyalty. Kim's extensive background in healthcare management is supported by an MBA in Healthcare Administration/Leadership from La Sierra University and a BA in Organizational Psychology from Western University.
