Diana Troese has extensive experience in strategic communications, public relations, and marketing. Diana is currently the Director of Strategic Communications at Children's National Hospital since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Public Relations Manager at the same hospital from 2020 to 2024.
Before joining Children's National Hospital, Diana held various roles at Anne Arundel Medical Center, starting as a Marketing Strategist from 2014 to 2017, then becoming the Communications Strategy Manager from 2017 to 2020, and finally serving as the Senior Manager of Public Relations and Marketing from 2018 to 2020.
Diana also has experience in media coordination and event planning, having worked as a Media Coordinator at Politico from 2009 to 2010, where they arranged television and radio appearances for reporters, built relationships with media outlets, and organized a large conference with keynote speakers and expert panels.
Diana'scareer began as a Producer/Writer at WTOP News from 2006 to 2009.
Prior to all these roles, Diana worked as the Public Relations & Marketing Manager at Adventist HealthCare's Washington Adventist Hospital from 2010 to 2014, where they managed all aspects of external and internal PR and marketing initiatives.
Diana Troese has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcast Journalism from American University.
