Chuck Liu is a seasoned user research professional with extensive experience in leading user research initiatives and fostering research-driven product cultures across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of User Research at Chime since June 2018, Chuck has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 80 to over 1500 employees, promoting an inclusive and psychologically safe research environment. Previously, Chuck operated as a self-employed user researcher, collaborating with high-profile clients such as Warby Parker and eBay. Chuck's background also includes significant contributions at Helix, Kissmetrics, Romotive, and Oracle, where Chuck excelled in establishing research processes, driving product strategies, and enhancing user experiences. Chuck holds a B.A. in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
