Franccesca Kazerooni

Franccesca Kazerooni is an experienced user researcher currently serving as an L5 (Lead) User Researcher at Chime since December 2021, having previously held the position of L4 (Senior) User Researcher. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Experience Researcher and Experience Researcher at Airbnb from October 2017 to December 2021, as well as a brief stint as an Experience Research Intern at Airbnb. Franccesca's academic background includes a Doctoral Candidate role in the Department of Communication at Cornell University from August 2014 to August 2017, and research positions at various institutions including the Psychology of Social Justice Lab & The Center for Policing Equity and the Berger Institute for Work, Family, and Children. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Communication from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
