Shan Robert Sta. Romana has extensive experience in operations and vendor management, currently serving as the Vendor Management Lead (APAC) at Chime since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shan worked at Accenture for nearly a decade, holding positions such as Service Management Lead, where leadership of a team focused on database programming, reporting, and security audits was a key responsibility. In earlier roles at Accenture, Shan operated as a Service Delivery Manager and an Operations Lead, managing complex processes for a telecommunications account. Shan's career began at Teletech Customer Management as an Operations Manager and included positions as Operations Supervisor and Assistant Trainer, with responsibilities ranging from team performance oversight to training program development. Educationally, Shan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a major in Microbiology from West Visayas State University in 2006.
