Marta Vella

Marta Vella is currently an M&A Associate at Chiomenti, specializing in Corporate M&A since March 2021. Previously, Marta served as Legal Counsel in the Legal Transactions Team at Investindustrial from June 2022 to March 2023, and as an M&A Lawyer at Latham & Watkins from August 2017 to December 2020. Early career experience includes a Legal Intern position at Walden Macht & Haran LLP and a Trainee Lawyer role at STUDIO LEGALE ASSOCIATO STELLA. Marta holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, a Postgraduate Program in Business Law from New York University, and has participated in exchange programs at UCL and Columbia University, in addition to attending a Summer School on European Union market and competition at ISPI School.
