Gaspar Ponce

Gaspar Ponce has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant management industry, with a career spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter at Chipotle Mexican Grill since November 2019, Gaspar has held various roles including Field Recruiter Analyst and General Manager. Prior to Chipotle, Gaspar worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works from 2007 to 2019, progressing from Assistant Store Manager to Multi Unit Manager and General Manager Training Leader. Earlier experience includes a role as a Machine Operator at ID Label, Inc. and a Server at Buffalo Wild Wings. Gaspar began the professional journey at Culver Franchising System, Inc. as a Crew Chief. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Brandman University, with anticipated graduation in 2024, Gaspar also completed secondary education at Grayslake Central High School.
