Edgar Leon Romero

Edgar Leon Romero is a seasoned professional in occupational health and safety with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Supervisor Sr de Salud e Higiene Ocupacional at Chiquita since August 2021, Edgar has previously held significant positions at Agroindustrial Bananera de Caribe S.A. overseeing the coordination of auditing and certification processes, and at Coca-Cola FEMSA where Edgar implemented OHSAS 18001 standards across manufacturing sites in Costa Rica. Edgar's career began at Florida Bebidas, where foundational work was done in establishing health and safety programs.
