Audrey Horn

Audrey Horn is a Customer Success Associate at Choco, where responsibilities include managing and analyzing client data, creating training materials, and facilitating communication across departments to enhance the customer experience. Previously, as the Head Customer Service Representative at Modern Sprout, Audrey developed communication standards and provided critical feedback to product development, collaborating closely to improve products based on customer insights. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Cleveland State University, obtained in 2021.
