Beth McMahon

Beth McMahon currently serves as Vice President of People & Culture at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers since April 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Beth has held various leadership roles including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Choice Hotels International, Vice President of Talent and Culture at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Vice President of Human Resources at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. Prior to those positions, Beth held the role of Regional Director of Human Resources at Au Bon Pain and Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources operations and implementing training programs. Academically, Beth holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Journalism from Florida International University.
