The Leadership Team at CHOICE is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission of serving and protecting consumers. The CEO provides overall leadership, the Chief Product and Technology Officer drives innovation and oversees product development and IT infrastructure, and the Vice President of Client Services ensures that CHOICE’s services meet the needs of its members effectively. Together, they steer the organization towards impactful consumer advocacy, unbiased information dissemination, and effective industry and government accountability.
