Xenia Teresa Lecaros-Lagarnia

Xenia Teresa Lecaros-Lagarnia has over a decade of experience in talent enablement and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent Enablement & OD Manager at Chong Hua Hospital since January 2012. In this role, Xenia is responsible for policy making related to Performance Management, Training, and Succession Planning, along with consulting on organizational goal setting and monitoring implementation across divisions. Previous positions at Chong Hua Hospital include Training Manager and Organizational Development Officer, focusing on performance management and soft skills training. Before joining Chong Hua Hospital, Xenia was the Career Development Training Lead at Aegis PeopleSupport Inc., where responsibilities included soft skills training for various staff levels. Xenia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, completed in December 2020.
