Julia Assock

Julia Assock currently serves as the Director of Learning and Effectiveness at Choreograph, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Julia was the Head of People Development at dnata Travel Group, where strategic responsibilities encompassed talent management and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Julia's career in Learning and Development began at Reed & Mackay, where roles included Head of Learning & Development and Learning & Development Manager, alongside a tenure as Quality Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Training and Standards Officer at Emirates Tours. Julia holds a BA Hons in French Language and Literature from the University and is a qualified coach dedicated to nurturing future leaders through apprenticeship programs.
