Alex Farr

Alex Farr is the Group Chief Technology Officer at Christie Group plc since June 2022, where responsibilities include supporting Managing Directors and IT teams across seven subsidiary businesses to enhance growth through technology. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Strictly Education Ltd, where oversight of the technology portfolio across the group was a key responsibility, and significant contributions as an Expert Contributor for CIO WaterCooler. Previous experience spans various IT management positions at Monarch Aircraft Engineering, Transport Systems Catapult, Bounty UK Ltd, England Netball, and earlier roles in technical support. Alex holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Bedford College, completed between 1998 and 2000.
