David Cash is a seasoned professional in the property and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Regional Director at Christie & Co since December 2014, overseeing the sale of pub, restaurant, hotel, and catering businesses in the North of England. David's career at Christie & Co has encompassed various roles, from Senior Agent to Graduate Valuer, where David gained valuable experience in licensed, leisure, healthcare, medical, and retail sectors while pursuing RICS qualification. Prior to Christie & Co, David managed properties at Avoca Estate Management Ltd and the Adderstone Group, and also gained experience as a player with Gateshead Thunder. An alumnus of Northumbria University, David graduated with first-class honors in Estate Management, providing a strong foundation for their career in commercial property management.
