Sean Ludden

Sean Ludden is an accomplished valuation professional with extensive experience in the property sector, currently serving as a Director in the Valuation Services Team at Christie & Co since rejoining in October 2019. In this role, Sean is focused on expanding the Pub valuation and advisory business in London and the south east. Prior to this, Sean held the position of Partner in the Valuation Department at Matthews & Goodman, successfully enhancing the firm's presence in the licensed, leisure, and healthcare markets. Sean's earlier career includes significant roles at Colliers International as Director - Chartered Valuation Surveyor, CBRE as Hotel Valuation Director, and Christie + Co in various capacities from graduate surveyor to Director. Sean's educational background includes attendance at Gunnersbury Catholic School for Boys in Brentford from 1980 to 1986.
