Currently serving as Director, Head of Product Management & Delivery: Business Solutions, Erin oversees internal technology products and a team of Product Owners, focusing on aligning digital initiatives with strategic priorities. Previous roles include Director, Global Head of Training and Business Support, where Erin established a contextual training and support department, and Global Operations Project Manager, responsible for implementing client-facing resources and managing process simplification initiatives. Erin's background includes leadership in business support functions across various regions and a solid foundation in museology, holding a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from Reinwardt Academie and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Otago.
