Chris Dickerman

Chris Dickerman has over a decade of experience in healthcare technology and workforce management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Experience at CHRISTUS Health since November 2012. In this role, Chris leads a team focused on enhancing associate experiences using platforms such as WalkMe, ServiceNow, and UIPath. Previous positions include Program Manager, where Chris successfully migrated to Microsoft 365 and standardized telephony systems, and Director of Revenue Cycle Integration, responsible for developing virtualized desktop infrastructure for remote coding. Additionally, Chris has experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing a significant enterprise medical record system upgrade and served as a Senior Consultant at Santa Rosa Consulting, supporting the implementation of CPOE systems. Chris began the career in IT management at North Cypress Medical Center, focusing on clinical documentation and workflow efficiency. Chris holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Houston.
