Sarah Fallows is a seasoned legal professional specializing in healthcare law and business operations. Currently serving as System Director and Senior Counsel for Business Operations & Transactions at CHRISTUS Health since April 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at Providence St. Joseph Health from April 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing mergers and acquisitions across seven states and leading legal efforts for Home and Community Care services. Sarah’s prior experience encompasses roles at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and McDermott Will & Emery, where advisory services involved high-profile M&A, regulatory compliance, and fraud litigation. Additionally, Sarah contributed to legal affairs at IPC Healthcare, Inc. and began a career in research at the University of California, Irvine, prior to earning a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
