Marilyn Bailey is an accomplished retail marketing and events manager with extensive experience in retail operations and team leadership. Currently serving at Christy Lynn Collection since July 2023, Marilyn previously held the position of retail operations manager at Saint Lo Boutique, where responsibilities included team recruitment, business trend analysis, and collaboration with marketing to drive traffic. Marilyn's earlier roles include operations manager at Christina Greene LLC, managing the launch of a retail store and achieving significant sales growth, as well as various positions focusing on customer service and merchandising, dating back to a design internship at Happy Hour Collection.
