Katey Howes

Katey Howes is an established author and poet represented by Essie White of Storm Literary since January 2014, specializing in children's picture books, poetry, chapter, and middle grade books, as well as magazine articles. Current projects include "Woven of the World," published by Chronicle Books in March 2023, which explores the history and art of weaving, and "A Poem Grows Inside You" with The Innovation Press. Previous works include "Rissy No Kissies" and "BE A MAKER," both emphasizing creativity and emotional themes in children's literature. Katey Howes also has experience in web content creation for children's literature and has a background in physical therapy, holding a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University.
