Timothée Constensoux

Timothy W Miller possesses extensive experience in various roles within customer service, technical support, and corrections. Most recently, Timothy served as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to this, Timothy worked at TELUS International as a Customer Service and Technical Support agent from January 2020 to August 2022, assisting Google Fi customers with various account and technical issues. Timothy also has a background as a Correctional Officer-2 at TDCJ, where duties included overseeing inmate safety and conducting searches for contraband. Additional roles include Substance Abuse Counselor Intern at TDCJ, Collections Specialist and Skip Tracer at CollectTx, and various technical and customer service positions in telecommunications and gaming support. Timothy holds a Certificate in Drug & Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and a High School Diploma from Westwood High School.
