Kathleen Boczar

Kathleen (Kathi) Boczar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in expense reporting, financial analysis, and process transformation. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Chubb since January 2018, Kathi has held multiple leadership roles, including AVP for Global Expense Management and Analysis and AVP for Process Transformation within the Global Finance Organization. Kathi is also an Advisory Board Member at The Philadelphia CFO Leadership Council. Prior roles include positions at Canon Business Process Services, Cigna, Arkema, Towers Perrin, ARAMARK Inc., Nestle USA, and Silo, showcasing a progressive career spanning over three decades.
