Madhu Senthil Thanikasalam is the Head of Global Digital Delivery at Chubb, responsible for the design, build, and rollout of digital products in claims and policy services, focusing on Personal Lines and SME customers. With extensive experience in digital delivery across the APAC region, Madhu leads Chubb's digital initiatives, optimizing processes and collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams. Prior to Chubb, Madhu served as Director of Management Consulting for Financial Services at Accenture, working on business and technology transformations for insurers, and held various roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, focusing on program management, product implementation, and business consulting in the insurance sector. Madhu's career began at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included software engineering and business analysis for insurance applications. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from SP Jain Institute, Executive Development in Product Management from Singapore Management University, and a B.E in Production from Bharathiar University.
